How do I create an account or log in?
Click to open
Go to the login page and choose Google Login (or the available method on that screen). After the first login, your account is created automatically and your session starts.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Click to open
If you log in using Google, there is no password inside the platform — you just log in with your Google account. If you use email/password in the future, the login page will include a password reset option.
What are the levels (A1, A2, B1)?
Click to open
They follow the CEFR structure: A1 is beginner, A2 is elementary, and B1 is intermediate. Each level has reading, vocabulary, grammar, and conjugation exercises.
How does the correction work?
Click to open
Multiple choice questions are corrected immediately after you select an option. You’ll see visual feedback (correct/incorrect) and the question is locked to avoid changes after correction.
Where can I see my progress?
Click to open
On your dashboard page, you can see overall stats and progress by level. Each exercise you complete updates your percentages automatically.
What is the “streak” and how is it counted?
Click to open
The streak represents consecutive days of practice. When you complete at least one activity on a new day, your streak increases. If you skip days, the streak can reset depending on the rules you set in the platform.
The audio doesn’t play. What should I check?
Click to open
First, check if your device is not in silent mode and the volume is up. If the platform is using TTS, confirm you have internet access. Also, try refreshing the page and playing again.
How do I change the language of the interface?
Click to open
Use the language button (globe icon) in the header. The site saves your choice and keeps the same language the next time you open it.
Why does the site ask me to use portrait mode on phone?
Click to open
Some layouts are optimized for vertical mode on small screens. In landscape on phones, space gets too short and can break reading and quiz components.
How can I contact support?
Click to open
If you find a bug or need help, contact us using the official support channel available on the site. Include a screenshot and describe what you were doing when the issue happened.
